The Meredith Kerscher murder trial has sparked an interest in law all around the world like never before since the O.J. Simpson trial, why?
For one is a case involving a prissy American girl in a foreign country a medieval town full of mystery and charm. the handsome Italian lover and a drug dealer with a criminal record who left a room full of his evidence pointing to him alone.
A case that is driven by lies and more lies, a gruesome murder that has left families devastated both emotionally and financially. the lost of a beautiful British girl named Meredith Kerscher. the prosecutors case; a sex game gone wrong. an American girl with a nickname foxy knoxy like a script from Hollywood of sex drugs jealousy and hatred by a cold hearted roommate who cares for no one but herself. one who schemed up the murder cleaning up her evidence to pin it on a burglary therefore staging a break in, was it staged? well let's consider the facts, there was Meridith laptop left untouched, and another roommates belongings left behind, if a burglary was the cause of the break in, why would a burglarer leave the goodies behind?that's is a mystery.
Now the outburst of cries and complains has been that allot of people think that two of the suspects were wrongfully charged with the murder of Meridith Kerscher, that there was not enough evidence to convict them.
Is it fair to go by circumstantial evidence and acquit based on lack of evidence wether there's conflicting lies and bizarre behaviour.
well not in the United States. but maybe in this medieval town of Perugia where justice is mixed in with a little taste of the ancient Roman civilization.
So why did Italian justice not just pin suspect number one Rudy Guede alone?
Interesting question, was it because two confused drugged young people implicated themselves with lies. I think the devastating moment came when they began to point the finger at each other, when Miss Knox told one of her several stories about her boyfriend having blood in his hands and probably putting the knife in question in her hand while she was asleep to implicate her, but she did it in a sly meticulously indirect way, she said; it might of been the fish he cooked that evening after she forgot she had already said they had something else for dinner, lies and more lies. Could the American girl lost her mind in a foreign country because of drugs? Mr. Sollicito claims that the knife in question accidentally poked Meridith one day at his apartment while they were cooking, the victim was never in his house.
Miss knox accused her former boss was it out of revenge because he intended to give her roommate her job? or was it pressure from the police? Could this have been the smoking gun or was it just an escalating resentment between two roommates?

The ultimate question, should the United States meddle in this case? Had this girl been from Detroit or Chicago would anybody even care? She is pretty, so pretty that some V.I.Ps have put in their two cents requesting that we boycott Italy.
What do you think?
Would you hate to be left out of imports from Italy and not be able to buy their products because of claims of injustice?
